Are you ready for a challenge? The Mississauga Distribution Centre is looking for someone to join the company's largest Distribution Centre.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain labour budget and cost per unit; assist the manager in planning and scheduling labor daily.
- Maintain KPI accuracy and provide feedback to achieve targets.
- Plan department daily operation and ensure achievement of department goals.
- Ensure staff members are properly trained and retrained according to training guides and procedures.
- Develop employees through coaching, goal setting, conducting performance reviews.
- Initiate and implement programs and procedures required to ensure DC safety and cleanliness in all zones.
- Ensure all equipment is in good order and ensure employees perform pre-shift checks.
- Promote employee involvement in employee relations and safety committee.
- Ensure compliance with all Brick Group policies and procedures while achieving departmental goals through effective staff management.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a diverse warehouse environment. Significant experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) in an inventory-controlled environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of materials handling equipment and safe material handling techniques
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Self-motivated, high energy and a strong work ethic
- Superior planning and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
