**Description:
**The Warehouse superviser will be responsible to sSupervise all distribution activities in conformity with the Company’s policies, goals and objectives and ensuring that the activities are carried out in an accurate and expeditious manner maintaining customer satisfaction and employee respectfulness

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor performs the following tasks:

- To record the arrival and departure of his team members;
- To monitor the distribution of activities, maintaining control of customer & branch re-supply orders, ensure that orders are being filled accurately and expeditiously, and that the transportation routing conforms to instructions from the Operations Manager;
- To manage the paper flow in respect to distribution/receiving operations, according to company procedures and protocols;
- To prepare shipping documentation and call trucking companies as required;
- To schedule the truck driver’s deliveries according to company’s objectives;
- To resolve work-related problems among the distribution personnel;
- Communicate inventory issues to his manager;
- To monitor and reconcile all transport and receiving transactions;
- To ensure smooth operation of materials handling, dangerous goods and warehouse equipment, and to arrange for maintenance and repair as required.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years’ experience in supervisory capacity in Distribution;
- Organizational skills (working method);
- Effective time management;
- Good listening and communication skills;
- Autonomy and responsibility.
