Wescast Industries Inc is currently recruiting for an **Environmental Health and Safety/Human Resources Coordinator** for our Machining Facility located in Wingham, Ont

This position develops, implements and maintains environmental health and safety programs to ensure programs meet or exceed applicable legislation, regulations, by-laws and company directives for Wescast. This position would also dedicate all support for the ISO 14001 audit and administrative support to the NABU Human Resources Team.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in a related field with a minimum of 3-5 years related work.
- Familiarity and knowledge of all applicable occupational safety and environmental legislation
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, presentation, listening and high level of writing skills necessary to produce and provide information to individuals, teams and customers.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, planning and priority setting skills to complete multiple tasks and projects.
- Professional Safety Certification would be an asset
- Experience in developing and implementing management systems
- Internal auditing and/or compliance auditing experience.
- Experience in metal fabrication or casting industry including CNC machining environment
