We're seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with a passion for the travel industry. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective Facebook and Google Ads campaigns that generate high-quality leads and bookings for vacation rentals, hotels, resorts and other travel businesses.

You will have demonstrable expertise in ad campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative development, and performance optimization.

Your job will be to oversee the accounts of some of our larger clients whose focus is on driving direct bookings by leveraging paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.

In order to manage their paid ad campaigns, you will be able to request content from the Creative Fulfillment Team who will be composed of talented photo & video editors whose primary focus will be on creating amazing travel content that you can test and run as ads on Facebook.

You will also be responsible for managing Lead Generation through Facebook Ads that are aimed toward higher ticket items like weddings, large retreats, mid-term rentals (30 day bookings) and luxury properties.

Lastly you will also be responsible for managing the Facebook & Google ad campaigns for our own client acquisition so that we can acquire more travel business clients to provide our services to.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Planning: Design and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Facebook, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms, tailored to the unique needs of the hospitality industry.
- Targeting & Segmentation: Utilize advanced audience targeting techniques to reach the ideal audience for each client, based on demographics, interests, location, and travel intent.
- Creative Development: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce compelling ad copy, images, and videos that resonate with the target audience.
- Lead Generation: Develop and optimize landing pages, forms, and lead magnets to maximize lead capture and nurture potential guests.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets to achieve optimal ROI across multiple campaigns.
- Analysis & Optimization Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and continually refine strategies to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
- Reporting: Provide clear and concise reports to clients, showcasing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, with a strong track record of generating leads and driving results.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads platform, analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), and CRM systems.
- Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable analyzing data and making informed decisions about campaign optimization and bidding strategies.
- Creativity & Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize innovative ad campaigns and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Experience with other lead generation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Knowledge of lead generation and follow up automation
- Basic understanding of marketing principles

**Salary**: $40,749.06-$80,000.00 per year
