**Salary**: Our salaries generally range from $ 51261.66 to $ 64077.07 and are based on qualifications and experience.

**About the role**:
**This is a temporary position of a duration of 12 months.**

**What you’ll do**:

- Respond to inquiries primarily from incoming telephone calls from various clients and stakeholders on topics such as mortgage insurance products, guidelines, policies and processes.
- Support the underwriting team with administrative tasks
- Assess needs and offer advice, support and alternative solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide policy interpretation specific to the client's inquiry.
- Process and make decisions on progress advance requests within risk assessment authorities.
- Request and monitor appraisal requests.
- Ensure service level commitments are met.

**What you should have**:

- Post-secondary education in administration.
- A minimum of one year of experience in the mortgage/lending industry.
- Demonstrated experience in client service.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both official languages (French and English).
- Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills.An ability to listen to client's needs in order to customize the response and provide advice to reflect the specific situation.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work shifts, including Saturdays.

**It would be great if you also had**:

- Work experience in a call centre environment.
