L’équipe de Transformation mondiale des services et de la vente au détail de BRP est à la recherche d’une ou d’un gestionnaire de la Stratégie de transformation mondiale des services et de la vente au détail des sports motorisés qui sera responsable de la stratégie de réalisation d’un ambitieux programme de transformation pour bâtir notre avenir. Il s’agit d’une occasion de travailler activement dans un contexte de transformation avec des chefs d’entreprise interfonctionnels pour briser le moule. Pour fournir un contexte plus approfondi sur les catégories de travail, cela pourrait inclure, sans s’y limiter, la stratégie de préparation de l’entreprise pour la mise en œuvre d’un système mondial de planification des ressources de l’entreprise (ERP), le déploiement de la communauté des ambassadeurs et les initiatives de transformation interfonctionnelle allégée. À ce poste, vous agirez de conseiller stratégique pour l’équipe de transformation en matière de gestion du changement, de préparation opérationnelle et de développement des ressources humaines.

La personne idéale aura une solide expérience en matière de développement d’équipe, d’un esprit d’entreprise aigu et d’une capacité éprouvée à créer de la valeur en mobilisant des équipes transversales vers le même objectif. En garantissant des conditions gagnantes afin de tenir sa promesse, la ou le titulaire de ce poste possède des compétences exceptionnelles en communication, transformation, processus et gestion des personnes, en plus d’une personnalité attachante, empathique, stratégique et axée sur l’entreprise, agile et charismatique.

**VOUS AUREZ L’OCCASION DE**:
Assurer la responsabilité du plan de gouvernance, de communication et de mobilisation du programme Transformation mondiale des services et de la vente au détail (GRS) afin de favoriser le changement au sein de la communauté d’affaires.

**Collaborer à la définition des projets GRS TI**: Premières étapes, préparation d’analyse de rentabilisation, charte de projet, évaluation de la main-d’œuvre commerciale mondiale et du budget global pour garantir les conditions gagnantes et la réussite future du programme

Contribuer activement à la feuille de route annuelle/trimestrielle de GRS : Appuyer les priorités de positionnement et les dépendances et les capacités d’affaires.

Superviser le chef de projet de préparation de l’entreprise, fournir une expertise et un soutien pour la refonte des processus interfonctionnels afin de créer de futurs modèles opérationnels, de corriger les inefficacités ou de rehausser l’atteinte des objectifs de performance clé stratégiques.

Après l’approbation de projets

Définir la planification de la main-d’œuvre et des ressources de l’entreprise en fonction des objectifs, des capacités et du calendrier du projet.

Superviser le démarrage de projet en collaboration avec des gestionnaires de la livraison GRS : Assurer l’intégration des équipes, la définition de la gouvernance et l’évaluation de l’état de préparation de l’entreprise.

Collaborer à la définition du plan des activités de préparation de l’entreprise pour les parties prenantes internes et externes.

Faciliter l’évaluation globale de la gestion du changement et la planification des ressources en collaboration avec le responsable de l’état de préparation de l’entreprise.

Surveiller et évaluer les progrès de la transformation, suivre les indicateurs de performance clé (KPI) et fournir des mises à jour régulières sur la gouvernance du leadership d’entreprise.

Encadrer les responsables des processus d’affaires et les experts en la matière au besoin, intégrer de nouvelles ressources, assumer un mandat spécial de remodelage/restructuration, faire preuve de leadership.

VOUS VOUS ÉPANOUIREZ DANS CE RÔLE SI VOUS AVEZ LES COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS SUIVANTES:
Expérience d’au moins 8 ans dans le soutien des transformations organisationnelles au sein d’entreprises de grande envergure.

Baccalauréat en affaires, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe (une maîtrise de préférence).

Solides compétences en réflexion stratégique et en analyse, avec la capacité d’évaluer les défis commerciaux complexes et d’élaborer des solutions innovantes.

Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en relations interpersonnelles avec la capacité d’influencer et de travailler efficacement avec les parties prenantes de tous les niveaux de l’organisation.

Capacité démontrée à établir des relations solides et à collaborer efficacement au sein d’équipes et de régions diverses.

Connaissance approfondie des méthodologies, des cadres et des meilleures pratiques de gestion du changement.

Flexibilité et adaptabilité pour naviguer à travers l’ambiguïté et l’incertitude.
