**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Politely greet clients and direct them to the service areas
- Obtain and process information required to provide service
- Answer, screen and forward phone calls appropriately
- Handling correspondence
- Schedule and confirm appointments

Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Relevant experience
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- True desire to satisfy the needs of other in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**Other information**

Required to work weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
