**Description**:
The City of Pointe-Claire is looking for dynamic and committed young applicants to become volunteer members of the Youth Advisory Board for the 2024-2025 term, from September 2024 to August 2025.

**Departmental mission**:
To offer a welcoming, quality living environment that fosters pride in its citizens, through its leadership and the excellence of its practices.

**General responsibilities and goals**:
The Board is a working group comprised of 10 young residents who meet to propose to City Council various activities or recommendations regarding the improvement of activities, services and special events, as well as facilities and policies, with a focus on better responding to the needs of young people and promoting their participation in their living environment.

**Job requirements**:

- Be between 14 and 21 years of age
- Be a resident of the City of Pointe-Claire
- Be bilingual (French and English)
- Be involved in the community
- Be available to attend a minimum of one meeting per month, on Wednesday evenings.
