Live-in Building Custodian/janitor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keep all common areas and restrooms clean and well-stocked.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing.
- Monitor the building for any security issues and report any suspicious activity to management.
- Respond to emergency situations, such as floods or power outages, as needed.
- Complete any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and climb stairs.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Willingness to live on-site.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous custodial and handyman experience required

**Compensation**:

- Company’s cellphone
