**About our Finance Team**

**Team size**: The greater Finance team is currently around 30 team members in Canada and Vietnam. This includes FP&A, tax, legal and planning competencies.

**Hybrid Work & Team Dynamics**:Our team typically works together from our Vancouver office Tuesday to Thursday with the remaining days working from home. We are a very collaborative team that works closely together in tackling issues and implementing solutions. We also have a lot of fun together

**What You'll Do**:
**Treasury Management**:

- Administer bank accounts and oversee cash flow positions.
- Manage domestic and global banking relationships.
- Implement internal controls and obtain optimal interest revenue.

**Staff Management**:

- Directly manage the Accounts Payable Team and Manager, Financial Reporting.
- Oversee performance evaluations and professional development opportunities

**Month-end Close Process**:

- Coordinate and assist in the month-end closing process.
- Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations.

**Financial Analysis**:

- Support the accounting team in variance analysis.
- Monitor accruals and deferrals for proper revenue and expense recognition.

**Audit Support**:

- Provide requested documentation, explanations, and supporting schedules to facilitate a smooth audit.

**Who You Are**:
You are an accounting professional who has gained experience across both public and industry experience while leading and developing a team. You also:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
- Are committed to maintaining high standards of reporting and analysis.
- Are passionate about continuous improvement of processes.
- Maintain a CPA designation or equivalent.
- Have at least 2 years of related managerial experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Treasury.
- Experience in Netsuite is an asset.
- Legally able to work in Canada.
- Completion of criminal background check.

The expected salary is $ 110,000 to $ 150,000. The actual base pay can increase beyond this range and will be based on various factors, including transferable skills, training and certifications, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
