**About us**

ZipGrow Inc is a world leader in vertical farming, manufacturing hydroponic equipment for commercial, home & hobby and education use.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Knowledge of payroll processing and employee record maintenance
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
