RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the company's current portfolio for garage and fleet insurance.
- Actively seek new business opportunities to expand and diversify the portfolio.
- Ensure the timely renewal of all garage and fleet insurance policies.
- Collaborate with clients to address irregularities, resolve issues, and verify coverage amounts for accuracy.
- Conduct in-person meetings with clients at various site locations, including dealerships, to gather necessary information and build strong relationships.
- Address client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional insurance products to existing clients.
- Assist other staff members with garage and fleet insurance inquiries, leveraging your expertise.
- Collaborate with the broader team to contribute to the overall success of the insurance business.
- Maintain and foster positive customer relations within the garage and fleet insurance sector.
- Proactively address client needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing garage and fleet insurance portfolios.
- Hold a Level 1 General Insurance Licence (Level 2 is considered an asset).
- In-depth knowledge of garage and fleet insurance industry practices and trends.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to meet clients in person and build strong relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex insurance concepts to clients.
- Proven ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
