**Immediate opening - Administrative Coordinator**

Office is located in Burnaby (near Skytrain Station) and nearby many amenities.

**Position: Administrative Coordinator**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reception and back up dispatch
- Fleet management, support licensing, permitting, citations and other fleet operations
- Management of office supplies, inventory, negotiate vendors, and order supplies and materials
- Procurement activities
- Building organization & management of required maintenance/contractors/access codes
- Expenditure tracking and basic accounting functions
- Coordination of WorkSafe, permitting, business licenses & other certifications
- Provide backup/support for other administrative staff
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and payments related to the work; and maintains office supplies
- New employee data capture and assisting with onboarding

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**
- Punctual and reliable
- Technically savvy (Proficient with Microsoft Office products)
- Positive, upbeat
- Is team oriented, team experience
- Customer service experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven time-management and organizational skills
- Self-starter
- You have a keen attention to detail

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Secondary School, Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 or 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2-3 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive market research efforts including but not limited to customer purchasing behavior and channel feedback
- Other duties as deemed necessary by Management

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 or 3 Years’ recent, related Administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Experience with the HVAC industry would be necessary
- Completion of Bachelor’s degree in **Administrative Coordinator**, Communications, or related discipline
- Advanced use of WordPress, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
