**Position Summary**

Mosaic North America is looking for outgoing and hardworking Brand Ambassadors, who are vehicle experts and golf enthusiasts. Brand ambassadors will be educating consumers on Audis growing EV line-up through hands on experience with their vehicles, helping Golf Canadas expert to facilitate the simulator experience, lead generation, and hosting Audis VIP clients in their suites as well as shuttling them around the course.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors to the space
- Converse with consumers
- Deliver key messaging about features of the vehicles
- Provide hands on demonstrations of vehicle features
- Facilitate post experience survey

**Schedule**
- Training - June 1st
- Program Schedule - June 7th-11th, 2023
- Shift Hours - 8am-7pm (exact shifts TBD 6 or 11hr shifts)

**Must be fully available**

**Qualifications**:

- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic personality
- Golf Experience - considered an asset
- Vehicle knowledge - considered an asset
- Self-motivated and comfortable working within a team
- Brand Ambassador experience - considered an asset
- Comfortable engaging with customers
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Having access to a vehicle is an asset but not required
- Having a Full G license is an asset but not required
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask as needed
- Ability to present yourself professionally in any setting
- Strong customer service and communication service
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership and show initiative without supervision
- MUST be fully available for training and program activation dates

**Wage**
- $24/hr
