The Licensing/Registry Officer provides administrative and financial support services for the EMA Licensing Board in support of the integrity of EMA Licensing in BC.

**Job Requirements**:

- Secondary school graduation or equivalent complemented by successful completion of post-secondary related courses (i.e., Finance, Office Administration etc.).
- Minimum of one (1) year directly related experience in each of the following areas:

- Planning, organizing, and managing multiple files and assignments and deadlines with shifting priorities.
- Performing financial functions including the management, collection, and reconciliation of revenue.
- Facilitating resolution to a problem, issue, or event in an objective and detailed manner.
- Experience providing information and services to clients or the public.
- Experience making decisions affecting other people under tight timelines.

Preference may be given to applicants with experience in one or more of the following:

- Experience in the administration and management of records.
- Experience interpreting complex legislation, policies, and processes for various stakeholders verbally and in writing.

**About this Position**:
There are three (3) positions available; one (1) regular full time and two (2) temporary full time opportunities until August 31, 2025 that may be extended, or may become permanent. The temporary opportunities are not limited to the geographic area. Board and lodging and relocation expenses do not apply.

These positions can be based out of any of the location(s) listed above.
