**Primary Duties**

**Education, Certification and Other Qualifications Required**

In addition to the above, experience in some of the following competencies would be considered an asset:

- Enterprise Risk Management
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Finance
- Human Resources experience including Health and Safety
- Utility Operations
- Business acumen
- Director designation

The Utilities Kingston Board meets approximately nine (9) times per year. The Board is appointed annually by the Council of the City of Kingston. The directors hold office for a term of four years to a maximum of three terms or twelve years.
