**Weaver Simmons LLP** is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Law Firm Runner. As a Runner, you will play a vital role in supporting our Lawyers and staff with deliveries to various establishments. The majority of the running tasks will be carried out on foot within the downtown area, while any areas outside will require the use of your vehicle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver documents, packages, and court filings to various destinations, including courts, government agencies, and other law firms;
- Conduct pickups and deliveries of supplies, equipment, and other items as needed;
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail ensuring timely delivery;
- Perform office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents;
- Maintain and organize legal library and reference materials;
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments when needed;
- All other duties as assigned;

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential documents and deliveries;
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
