Your future duties and responsibilities
You will a ct as an advisor within a close-knit team working closely with a knowledgeable clientele. On a typical day, you will:
- Creation, validation and deletion of codes, analysis and correction of banks, RERUN, government notices, modification of certain rates, creation of VRSP/FTQ/RRSP, correction of reports, etc;
- Plan and organize your work to meet expectations and deadlines;
- Ensure the resolution and follow-up of cases according to service levels;
- Collaborate on knowledge sharing within the team;
- Work in close collaboration with other teams;
- Act as a resource person during the client retention process;
- Be involved in different work tables.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- College diploma in administration, accounting or related field, or other combination of education and experience;
- 3+ years of payroll experience;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Knowledge of various products, solutions and contributions used by clients such as: Parity Commitee, CCQ, Union, Report Generator, General Ledger Interface, etc.;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet navigation (asset);
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
