**Territory Manager, Specialty Gases (Full Time) - Edmonton, AB**

Primary Purpose:
The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating sales within an assigned territory of existing & new accounts. The individual in this position will be accountable for achieving quota by prospecting new customers and growing existing relationships.

Key Accountabilities:

- Develop increased market share in select high growth-potential specialty gas markets
- Having direct responsibility for managing a specified number of Key Accounts
- Focus on sales quota, new business development & maintaining customer relationships
- Contact existing accounts and cold call new/potential targets
- Responsible for gross profit improvement and securing new business
- Implement marketing programs, promotions and new product launches
- Support national efforts to increase Market share
- Provide a supporting role to Industrial Territory Managers
- Improve the profitability of existing accounts by fully understanding value propositions
- Secures long term relationship by negotiating product supply agreements
- Accountable for providing complete and accurate account set-up and pricing data
- Maintain list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads
- Fully participate in all sales reporting requirements
- Strong technical & computer skills, ability to learn in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on their own and be self-directed
- Strong communication and presentation skills

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Undergraduate degree or diploma with a Major in Engineering, Sciences, or applicable technology and
related industry experience is preferred

**Experience**:

- Preferred 3-5 years of sales experience
- Experience within Gas Industry is preferred

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

- Prior sales success
- Defined sales process
- Must possess a valid G class driver’s license
- Must have ability to lift up to 60lbs.
