As the Digital Marketing Specialist at Marchés Tau, you will be responsible for all digital marketing efforts in collaboration with our team of buyers and a network of specialist marketing agencies. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and optimising digital marketing campaigns across identified channels and recommending changes, where necessary, to maximise results.
- Manage and coordinate with buyers, creative and media agencies, communication development and production supporting marketing promotions.
- Responsible for the creation of campaigns from start to finish (i.e. from conception to deployment) in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Participate in the development of marketing schedules and ensure alignment between business strategies/executions.
- Link integrated marketing plans to ensure consistency with the overall brand marketing plan.
- Monitor and analyse the performance and impact of promotions and competitor activities. Provide recommendations for the optimisation of our advertising campaigns.
- Participate in strategic promotional orientations.
- Write internal communication tools and prepare presentations related to promotional campaign activities.
- Work closely with operations to execute promotions in our branches.
- Work closely with marketing to maximize the profitability of various promotions.

**The person we are looking for**
- University degree in marketing, communications or related discipline or equivalent.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience (agency experience an asset).
- Knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital platforms (an asset).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
