We are currently recruiting for a motivated, energetic, and career-minded individual to join our team as a **Service Advisor**. The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work in the service department and for selling recommended or required services to customers. The Service Advisor will act as the dealership’s first-line customer relations and service representative.

Job duties:

- Providing exceptional customer service to customers
- Greeting service customers and obtaining customer and vehicle data
- Opening and closing work orders.
- Gathering and interpreting information on vehicle condition from the Service Technicians to communicate this information to customers
- Advising customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacture’s specifications
- Handling telephone inquiries regarding work in progress, making appointments and return phone messages promptly
- Providing follow-up with customers
- Other duties as required/assigned

- Applicant must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Multitasking in essential for this position
- Professionalism and good verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

**Requirements**:

- Customer service experience required
- Must have drivers license and able to provide an acceptable drivers abstract
- Pervious work experience in a dealership would be an asset
- Minimum high school education required
- Post-secondary education an asset
