Easy-Kleen is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all service activities within North America. The service department is a growing business unit that is positioned to ensure the highest level of customer service and customer care is provided. Keys to success include effective scheduling, work order diligence, efficient billing, clear reporting, understanding priorities, highlighting repairs, and developing lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Effectively manage activities of the service departmentManages team members, including technicians, coordinators, and other team members, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried outResponsible to ensure scheduling and priorities are addressedMonitors and manages the work-in-progress dailyDisplays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offeredEnsures proper completion and processing of work ordersOffers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionallyDevelops working knowledge of industry regulations and ensures the service department adheres to all regulationsSets up and maintains service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiencySupport and feedback on budget development and adherenceResolves service desk problems and improves current service desk methods to increase productivity and customer serviceMonitors department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issuesRegularly audit work being done, and customer service is provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughlyOversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure the highest quality of work

Qualifications

3 - 5 years of Management ExperiencePrevious service experienceComprehensive Industry Knowledge - Pumps, Coils, Burners, etc.Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office productsGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong Customer-Facing SkillsSelf-MotivatedTroubleshootingCreative Problem SolverAbility to work effectively with others and be part of a dynamic team
