We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Service Advisor - 12 month maternity leave coverage**

The Service Advisor will act as Twin Peaks Motorsports front line customer relations and service representative.

Job duties and Responsibilities:

- Developing customer relationships by telephone, walk in and online enquires
- Scheduling and following up on service appointments
- Consulting with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work
- Other duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

- Detail oriented customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Highly flexible
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
