L’organisation de l’unité de produit (PDU) PDU CUE, Customer Deployment & Support EMC à Montréal est à la recherche d'un professionel(le) qualifié, qui serais intéressé à travailler au soutien à la clientèle globale (niveau 2) et au soutien du déploiement des produits natifs et virtuels de type CUE (UDM & Exposure) 5GC Cloud native et 3G/4G produits.

CD&S Montréal fait partie de l’équipe PDU CUE, et un des trois groupes soutenant nos clients. À l'heure actuelle, nous avons un poste ouverte pour un professionel(le) en support client UDM et exposition

Nous sommes à la recherche de personnes avec un véritable intérêt à fournir un soutien technique de haute qualité pour nos clients mondiaux. Vous devez être soucieux du service et avoir en tout temps l'intérêt des clients à l'esprit. Avoir des compétences générales est également extrêmement important lorsqu'on travaille dans l’organisation CD&S puisque vous coopérerez avec plusieurs intervenants.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Gérer et diriger les demandes de service client (CSR) de nos clients mondiaux.
- Effectuer le dépannage pour de véritables réseaux client et laboratoires.
- Participer aux activités d’installation, de configuration et de tests sur place.
- Participer à la liste du soutien d'urgence FTS - 24h/24.
- Vérifier les corrections en laboratoire avant la remise au client.
- Participer à des projets de déploiement initial du produit telles que FOA et DVA.
- Participer à des activités de test de système de réseaux.
- Maintenir le dialogue et les discussions quotidiennement avec nos interfaces dans la région de l'organisation et le PDU

**Vous apporterez**:

- Vous détenez préférablement une Maîtrise / un Baccalauréat en sciences ou équivalent dans l'une des disciplines suivantes : Informatique, Télécommunications, Technologies de l'information, ou Génie électrique.
- Compétences et expérience de travail avec la UDM et exposition préférable. Expérience avec le produit Ericsson CCDM,CCSM,CCES,CUDB, HLR, l'ASC et/ou HSS est un atout.
- Les compétences que nous priorisons sont la capacité de travailler en équipe, de prendre des initiatives, et de communiquer avec les autres. Vous avez aussi besoin d'être confiant et un haut niveau de responsabilité.
- Nous servons des clients dans le monde entier et il est également attendu que vous devez être ouvert à voyager jusqu'à 25 % du temps, si nécessaire.
- Étant donné que vous avez beaucoup d'interfaces avec les régions et les PDUs, il est très important que vous ayez de solides compétences en anglais à la fois écrite et verbale.

**About this opportunity**

The PDU CUE, Customer Deployment & Support EMC organization in Montreal is looking for a skilled support professional interested in working with global customer support and supporting commercial deployments of the CUE (UDM & Exposure) 5GC cloud native and 3G/4G products.

CD&S team in Montreal is part of the PDU CUE, we have a position open for UDM & Exposure Customer Support Professional.

We are looking for people with a genuine interest in providing high quality technical support for our global customers. Having the right soft skills is also extremely important when working in the CDS organization since you will have many different stakeholders to cooperate with

**What you will do**
- Handle and drive CSR's (Customer Service Requests) from global customers.
- Perform troubleshooting in real customer network and lab environments.
- Take part in on-site installation, configuration, and testing activities.
- Participate in emergency support handling roster and 24/7 FTS (Follow the Sun).
- Verify emergency corrections in lab before they are released to customer.
- Participate in supporting PDU prioritized deployment projects.
- Participate in Network System Test activities.
- Have daily dialog and discussions with our interfaces in the Region organization and the PDU's.
