Bilingual Customer Service Professional III

Locations: Montreal, Quebec, Toronto, Ontario, Halifax, Nova Scotia (Hybrid)

The Bilingual Customer Representative will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. Position is hybrid, no exceptions, 3 days in office, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This job req is only for 900 Boulevard de Maisonneuve Ouest, Montreal, Quebec, 25 Water St. Kitchener ON, 500 King Street, Waterloo, Ontario and 2727 Joseph Howe Drive, Halifax, Nova Scotia. Candidate must be fluent in French and English, both written and verbal in French and English, no exceptions. Please ensure to state on the summary portion of the candidate's resume where they reside and that they are able to work hybrid. This job req is for the Group Benefits department. Training will be approximately for 4 to 6 weeks, from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. AST time. After training, it will be a rotational shift, between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. AST, Monday through Friday. No weekends Minimum 3 weeks advance notice regarding assigned work shifts. Open to candidates that have had previous customer service experience in other industries (technology, retail, computer savvy, multi-tasking, great attention to detail, ability to articulate clearly and demonstrate empathy and patience with customers.) Past employment verification is required.
