**Responsibilities**:

- Agile Project Leadership_
- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, with a focus on product development.
- Implement and refine agile processes to ensure alignment with overall project and product goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration_
- Foster a collaborative environment within cross-functional teams, promoting open communication and effective collaboration between development, design, and product management teams.
- Product Backlog Management_
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the product vision.
- Guide the team in breaking down user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and maintaining a well-groomed backlog.
- Sprint Execution and Delivery_
- Drive the successful execution of sprint goals, removing impediments, and maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality products.
- Monitor and track team velocity, adapting plans as necessary to optimize productivity and meet product milestones.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation_
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement, conducting regular retrospectives to identify areas for enhancement and innovation.
- Implement improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness in product development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Agile Software Project Manager, specifically in product development.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar agile certifications are a plus.
