**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee purchase requisition process for purchase requests received from the operational teams in the organization and convert them into vendor purchase orders
- Co-ordinate with operational teams to provide accurate and timely information to external and internal customers
- Manage Vendor information and documentation
- Manage open Purchase Orders to insure timely processing of vendor invoices and payments
- Analyze information to recognize opportunities for improvement
- Promptly and professionally respond to verbal and written inquiries from external and internal customers

**Required Education and Experience**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in related field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- General knowledge of accounting
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work with confidential information
- Proficiency with MS Office tools is required and exposure to JD Edwards Software would be an asset
- Experience in property management and real estate would be considered an asset
