Our showroom is conveniently located on Clark Drive, just minutes away from Downtown. Our location includes a luxury 12,000 square foot showroom, with a large selection of new Mitsubishi models and luxury pre-loved inventory As we are still a new dealership, there is an abundance of room for growth within the dealership, particularly within the Parts and Service Department
We have an exciting career opportunity at Vancouver Mitsubishi opening up for the Automotive Service Advisor position. In this position you would be directly working with our service department at our remote location on West 7th Avenue. You would be reporting directly to our Fixed Operations Manager, who has over a decade of experience in the industry. This is a dynamic and fast paced position at a quickly growing dealership.
The Core Objective of the Service Advisor is to support the operation of the Vancouver Mitsubishi team and its 'Fixed Operations' customers. The Service Advisor's ability to efficiently organize service department work flow, and manage client appointments and expectations, is key to our organization's ongoing success.
**RECOMMENDED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (but not limited to)**:
- Customer experienced focus while minding CSI / KPI metrics, customer retention, and sales growth.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports using a computerized equipment maintenance system. **PBS Systems experience is highly valued.**:
- Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
- A valid British Columbia driver's license, with a clean driving record.
