Service Administrator

**The Opportunity**
Accountable/responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal & external customers. Field and respond to customer inquiries.
**The Role**
- Service billing.
- Issuing/receiving purchase orders.
- Assisting with work orders and scheduling.
- Respond to customers via telephone, or electronically in a timely and courteous manner; delivers strong internal and external service.
- Work in collaboration with the technical team.
- Other administrative duties for various lines of business.
- Time-card entry.
- Assisting the Service Department with Shipping/Receiving tasks.
- Assisting and maintaining the billing and maintenance of our fleet program.
- Work Experience: 2 years related experience in service, parts, supply chain or product support operations in an office setting.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of hydraulic components or industrial equipment is an asset.
- Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
