'Bjurstrom carpentry is a framing and siding trade contractor serving the Ottawa and surrounding area. Our passion is challenging our skills to tackle unique projects. Our projects are a mix of custom homes, residential renovations, and some commercial projects.

We are offering a fulltime position in sales and estimating, with full access to our health benefits, and a base salary plus commission. The work environment will be flexible; allowing for remote work periods between visits to job sites, and potential customers.

Daily tasks would include:

- Phone calls to new and existing customers
- Responsibility for the accuracy of project estimates
- Estimate revisions as needed for scope of work or price changes
- Meeting deadlines for closing dates
- Collecting pricing and quotes from vendors
- Attend site meeting as needed during various phases of a project

What would be the keys to your success? Matching revenue goals, maintaining a good conversion rate on estimates, and accuracy of estimated projects would be the measurements to follow.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
