Estimator / Sales Representative

In support of our ongoing expansion, we are actively seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Construction Estimator / Sales Representative.

We are a commercial restoration company specializing in high quality polished concrete systems, specialty epoxy coating, concrete repairs and traffic topping for over 20 years. Our company has the great relationships with our customers providing professional work environment for management and team members.

**Work of Sales Representative includes**:
Manage scheduling deadlines, prepare tenders and RFP.

Analyze, review and calculate cost of upcoming projects

Ability to undestand divisions of National Master Specification, Building Codes and construction drawing.

Proficiency in PlanSwift quantity takeoffs software.

Carry on field visits and pre-tender meetings.

Reviewing and understanding contract documents

Liaise with general contractors, project managers, and suppliers.

Work internally with company' project managers and team members.

Experience in construction, renovation, flooring, estimation or sales for at least 2 years.

Proficiency in computers.

Ability to communicate in a professional manner.

Driving license of G category.

Ability to work with flexible working hours.

Security reliability clearance status is a plus.

Knowledge of concrete polishing, epoxy coating, traffic topping, concrete repairs is a plus.

French language is a plus.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
