**Job Title**: Personal Assistant to the President

**Job Overview**:
The position entails managing the President’s personal and professional life with a focus on efficiency, organization, and discretion. The role involves overseeing a complex and dynamic schedule, coordinating both domestic and international travel, and ensuring all arrangements align with the President’s preferences and needs. In addition to scheduling and travel management, the role requires overseeing personal life logistics, such as wardrobe organization, dietary coordination, and planning leisure activities. The position also involves managing household staff, ensuring all domestic tasks are completed, and maintaining an organized and comfortable home environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as the role often requires handling ad hoc tasks and responding to last-minute requests with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Comprehensive Scheduling and Travel Coordination**:
- Oversee and manage the President's complex schedule, carefully balancing professional commitments, personal engagements, and necessary downtime.
- Efficiently adjust and realign the calendar to accommodate last-minute changes, ensuring smooth transitions between events and meetings.
- Coordinate and arrange all aspects of domestic and international travel across multiple regions, including Europe, Canada, and the US. This involves booking flights, securing accommodations, organizing local transportation, and ensuring all logistics align with both professional obligations and personal preferences.
- Provide detailed, personalized itineraries that cater to the President's specific needs, including preferred accommodations, travel routes, and timing considerations.
**Personal Life Management**:
- Oversee the President's wardrobe, ensuring all clothing is neatly organized, clean, and appropriately pressed for travel, meetings, and events.
- Manage dietary needs and preferences by liaising with personal chefs or preferred dining establishments to arrange meals that meet nutritional guidelines while respecting any specific dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Plan and coordinate leisure activities, weekend getaways, and personal events, ensuring these experiences are both enjoyable and seamlessly integrated into the President's schedule, offering a balance of relaxation and entertainment.
**Household and Staff Management**:
- Supervise and manage a diverse team of household staff, including cleaners, drivers, personal trainers, dog walkers, and other support personnel. Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and that the household runs smoothly at all times.
- Maintain a well-organized household, overseeing the management of laundry, dry cleaning, and the purchase of necessary clothing or personal items.
- Act as the main point of contact for household operations, ensuring that the home environment is always maintained to a high standard of comfort and order.
**Ad Hoc Tasks**:
- Flexibly take on a wide range of tasks as needed, responding to emerging needs with effective problem-solving and proactive solutions. Quickly adapt to unexpected requests and provide high-level support across varying domains.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Solid experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in a high-profile or corporate setting.
- **Skills**: Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- **Discretion**: Ability to manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- **Flexibility**: Available to work extra hours as needed, including weekends and evenings.
- **Proficiency**: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technologies. Must be comfortable with all social media platforms.
- **Driver’s License**: Must have a valid driver's license (G class) and a Canadian passport with the ability to travel across Europe, Canada, and the US.
- **Language**: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- **Typing Speed**: Must type a minimum of 60 words per minute.
**Additional Benefits and Compensation**:
- **Salary**: Starting at $60K, with the potential to reach up to $85K based on experience and performance.
