$44,062.20 to $58,822.40

**NATURE AND SCOPE**

Under the supervision of the Director, Student Recruitment and External Affairs, the Student Recruitment Associate supports activities and processes that aim to recruit prospective students for the College’s pre-university programs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provides administrative support to ensure the smooth running of student-recruitment processes
- Assists in preparing promotional and informational material for prospective students and high school guidance counselors
- Assists in the coordination of student-recruitment events, which includes visiting high schools, online events, and carrying out campus tours
- Liaises with student ambassadors, faculty and staff for all activities related to student recruitment
- Maintains accurate contact lists of prospective students
- Interacts with prospective students and their parents via various tools including social media platforms.

- Availability to work some evenings and weekends (upon schedule arrangement) is required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma of college studies (DEC) in an appropriate specialty, or a diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in education, sales, or marketing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proficient in various social media platforms and online tools
- Knowledge of the Quebec secondary and post-secondary education sector an asset
- Fluently bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written
