**What You’ll Do as an Accounting clerk?**
- As part of our dynamic team, your responsibilities will include
- Payment Processing: Posting cash receipts, credit card payments, and refund credit notes
- Bank Reconciliations, Journal entries and other Accounting tasks given by the Accounting and Credit Managers.
- Invoice Management: Handling invoice inquiries, analyzing accounts, ensuring timely reconciliation and refund credit notes
- Data Analysis: Prepare daily sales reports in excel
- Collections: Managing the collection process efficiently and professionally.
- Order Release: Authorizing the release of stock and custom orders.
- Accounts Payable: Matching supplier invoices with purchase orders, validating billed amounts, and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Supplier Relations: Resolving invoicing or payment issues with suppliers.
- Additional Tasks: Answering phone when needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Bilingualism (English and French) to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional and mature attitude with outstanding customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
