**Location**

This role is based out of our Dublin Office. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and collaboration. But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer flexible arrangements

**What you’ll do**

As one of our new **Marketing Manager** for the US Development Brands team, you will be responsible for leading outstanding strategies, planning, and execution of all marketing initiatives for our US Brand portfolios and iconic brands (Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Mike’s Harder, Cayman Jack, amongst others). You will collaborate with international partners, departments, and external agencies to build & create world-class brands, driving brand awareness, advocacy, purchase intent & develop world-class marketing plans and activations.

Additional key responsibilities include:

- **Brand Management**: Lead day-to-day management of brand activity; Marketing plan execution, program tracking, forecasting brand health and consumption analysis & budgets.
- **Connector**: Work cross-functionally with project teams and departments to deliver strategic recommendations, new product implementation and the annual activity calendar & programs.
- **Build brand knowledge**: Initiate research to gain category, channel, and operator insights to drive development, innovation and renovation of product and solution portfolio.
- **US partnership**: Cultivate strong relationships and partner with the US implementation, Digital, Insights and Finance teams, driving go-to-market excellence on campaign deployments and building routines across all verticals of the brand.
- **Program owner**:Lead all aspects of the initiation, development and delivery of marketing and sales programs in support of current and new products.
- **Strategic support**: Recommend annual marketing plan opportunities and priorities as part of cycle plan.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market dynamics and adjust business strategies as necessary.
- **Reporting & Measurement**: Communicate effectively to the organization about programs, initiatives, priorities, and results; develop clear KPIs and tracking metric for the team.
- **Commercial Management**: Handle the brand P&L and investment plan accurately to deliver business goals.
- **Digital First Solutions**: Use consumer data and analytics to ensure growth - delivering the right message, to the right consumers in the right moment by brand.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- 6+ years progressive experience in product/brand management and project leadership experience.
- Alcohol Beverage / CPG / FMCG experience.
- Understanding of US culture and a willingness to travel to the US regularly.
- Experience with customer marketing, product management and/or brand management & P&L management.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising or related degree
