**Escape OK**:As one of the leading escape game facilities in Ontario, we are looking for an experienced Manager to lead our Richmond Hill Store location and team

The Manager will be responsible for many aspects of the business, including the overall in-house guest experience, inventory management, maintenance and upkeep of facilities, promoting customer reviews and sales initiatives, staff scheduling, and managing day-to-day employment matters.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / MANAGEMENT TASKS**:
The Business:

- Manage all aspects of the store operations
- Help foster the branding of “Escape OK” as a premiere entertainment brand
- Report to General managers and make recommendations as to best practices
- Lead by example and be a resource to all members of the team

People:

- Hire, train, and maintain an exceptional team
- Schedule employees and determine optimal staffing levels
- Create development plans for leaders and front-line staff
- Establish and execute ongoing performance management programs
- Develop a culture of service excellence to drive staff engagement

Facilities and Systems
- Ensure venue cleanliness is maintained
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations
- Be an expert on brand standards, systems and software (training will be provided)
- Develop storage and inventory systems
- Ensure venue is fully stocked with all necessary supplies and backups

Guest Services and Other
- Coordination and point of contact for Corporate Events
- Develop and distribute marketing collateral as appropriate
- Other management tasks as assigned or required from time to time
