**Job Description -Service Advisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet service customers.
- Open service work orders and parts requests.
- Able to work independently
- Open, file and handle warranty claims

**Assets**:

- High level of customer service
- Able to work in a fast environment and work effectively as part of a team
- Sense of organization
- Experience in Powersports Parts would be an asset.

**Job Type**: Full-time / Hires will be required to work Monday to Friday and alternating Saturdays.

**Salary**: to be discussed based on experience / competitive

**Responsabilités**:

- Cette position est un poste hybride entre un aviseur aux pièces et un aviseur de service
- accueillir les clients de pièces et service au comptoir
- ouvrir les bons de travail du service et demandes de pièces
- apte à travailler en solo
- ouvrir, procéder et s’occuper des réclamations de garantie

**Atouts**:

- un service à la clientèle de haut niveau
- capable de travailler dans un environnement rapide et de travailler efficacement en équipe
- sens de l’organization

**Types d'emploi**: temps plein / Les embauchés devront travailler du lundi au vendredi et en alternance le samedi.

**Salaire**:à discuter, en fonction de l'expérience / compétitif

**Expérience**:Commis au service (de préférence)
