A career as a Banking Advisor at National Bank is a versatile and varied role that allows you to live your ambitions and have a positive impact on your life, your clients, and colleagues.

You'll approach clients in a friendly manner, actively listen, and provide a people-centric experience at the branch.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Greet clients and address inquiries
  • Assist clients with banking applications and ABMs
  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations
  • Provide advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients
  • Build lasting business relationships
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues as needed
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management regulations

About your team:

The branch has evening hours once a week, and work schedules vary based on team availability.

This role reports to the Branch Manager or Customer Service Branch Manager.

Work with experts in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more to help clients achieve their goals.


Expectations and prerequisites:

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Customer service experience with a positive and inclusive attitude
  • Interest in technology and ability to share knowledge
  • Adaptability to various situations
  • Proficiency in French and English
