Winnipeg, Canada Buhler Industries Inc. Full time

**Job Summary:
The position is responsible for processing all invoices, credits and settlements of Buhler Versatile Inc. It verifies all shipments and credits to have proper documentation, pricing and approvals in place before processing. This position works closely with Corporate Controller, accounting staff and other departments as required to provide information, reporting and feedback.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- All invoicing for company 02 (Buhler Versatile) on date of shipment.
- Close off all invoices done by self and the Parts Department at 4:30 p.m. each day
- Issue credit for all approved returns, price discrepancies, missed discounts, freight charges, Co-op credits and warranty claims
- Creates and reviews Versatile Whole Good Settlements for Controller review and approval. Updates Settlement Spreadsheet.
- Enter Canadian & U.S. pricing and discounts for Versatile Whole Goods and Parts, and enter contract pricing provided by Service Parts
- File all invoices and their backup
- Check & release margin holds
- Send out daily report with offline production and tractor sales.
- Maintain the Versatile Whole good Margin Sheet
- Works closely with Credit Department, DLL on settlement approvals and Export Coordinator Supervisor on all Versatile Rostselmash and Export shipments.

**Other Duties, but not limited to**:

- Assist Accounts Payable Department as time allows, vendor coding, checking freight bills
- Month end reporting (Combines and balancing invoiced units with Accountant)
- Other reporting as requesting.

- Preference will be given to those with post-secondary education in accounting field.
- Several years of relevant experience.
- Background in manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to work with numbers quickly and accurately.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, ERP systems preference to AS400.
- Ability to concentrate on details.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team, and get along with other people.
