Nous sommes à la recherche de personnes autonomes, animées d’un grand enthousiasme et dotées d’un esprit entrepreneurial pour se joindre au Réseau externe de vente de RBC Assurances. En votre qualité de conseiller en assurance vie et patrimoine (PQAP/PQPAV), vous offrirez des services intégrés de planification et conseils en assurance vie à votre réseau de clients RBC recommandés ou nouvellement acquis. Votre détermination à connaître la gamme complète de produits d’assurance vie, assurance vie entière, prestations du vivant, et de gestion de patrimoine de RBC Assurances vous permet d’offrir des solutions judicieuses aux clients en fonction de leurs besoins. En plus de vos propres activités de sollicitation et de réseautage, vous êtes soutenu par des partenaires internes vous aident à approfondir vos relations avec les clients par la recherche efficace d’occasions de vente et des pratiques de vente honnêtes. **Quelles seront vos tâches?**
- Établir des liens avec les clients par la démarche exploratoire afin de mieux comprendre les événements de leur vie et de proposer des conseils complets en assurance et en finance qui correspondent à leurs besoins actuels et évolutifs.
- Appuyer le principe «Le client avant tout » dans un environnement digital en rencontrant les clients au moment qui leur convient le mieux.
- Établir et approfondir les relations avec la clientèle en recourant à l’outil Salesforce et à d’autres outils conformes/formulaires en ligne.
- Contribuer à la réussite de l’équipe en vente et en assumer la responsabilité en atteignant ses objectifs de vente individuels.
- Élargir son réseau de contacts externes en tirant parti des occasions sur le marché et des recommandations de personnes d’influence approuvées.
- Revoir régulièrement ses résultats commerciaux individuels et adapter les activités selon le besoin afin d’atteindre les objectifs établis.
- Appuyer la vision de RBC de compter parmi les institutions financières les plus respectées et les plus florissantes au monde.
**Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir?**
**Exigences**
- Diplôme d’études postsecondaires ou l’équivalent
- Bilinguisme français et anglais
- Permis de vente d'assurance vie (PQAP/PQPAV), ou la volonté de l'obtenir avant la date de début
- Expérience professionnelle dans la vente avec un esprit entrepreneurial
- Compétences en développement des affaires et en prospection avec une attitude orientée vers les objectifs et une forte ambition de réussir
- Capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations clientèle solides
- Réseau de références existant au sein de la communauté
- Littératie numérique utilisant une variété de systèmes et d'outils
**Atouts**:
- Expérience de vente professionnelle dans le domaine de l'assurance
- Titres professionnels de préférence : CFP (Certified Financial Planner), A.V.A. (assureur-vie agréé), CHS (Certified Health Insurance Specialist)
