**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: include the following: other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee the full talent acquisition life cycle for roles within the Automation Solutions Group from requisition, posting, sourcing, and interviewing to onboarding new hires
- Create talent pipeline for critical and hard to fill roles
- Organizing, coordinating, and attending recruitment events, student tours and community outreach projects
- Working with local high schools, colleges, universities, and apprenticeship agencies to increase interest in careers in automation at the school level through outreach events
- Onboarding of new hires including coordinating onboarding documentation, introduction to company and TRAQX training.
- Working with Marketing to develop and execute social media strategy.
- Creating job ads, job fair materials and other recruitment content
- HR Admin functions

**Position Requirements**: (Knowledge, Skill, Ability)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to understand technical aspects of position
- Experience in negotiations
- Social media experience - primarily LinkedIn
- Must be creative and flexible
- Experience with Oracle or another ATS is an asset

**Autonomy and Authority**
- Work with managers and business units to determine recruitment needs
- Receive instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features and methods of approach. Receive assistance on unusual problems. Work progress is under periodic review.
- Working under the best practices of the Samuel Recruitment Team
- Regular supervision of others is not a normal part of this position.

**Education, Experience, and Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in HR, or related experience
- 2-3 years experience working in recruiting in the Industrial Automation field or a related field
- Valid Passport and driver’s license is required, as well as the ability to travel to facilities both locally and internationally
