This position requires a proactive individual who thrives on making cold calls and knocking on doors to generate new business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls and door-to-door visits to identify and connect with potential clients in the freight logistics and brokerage industry.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present our services and solutions to potential clients, effectively highlighting our value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and sales progress, using our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities, with a focus on closing deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a challenging sales environment.
- Knowledge of the freight logistics and brokerage industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
