**What You Will Do**

As an Associate Sales Manager, you will be assigned to a customer, a category, or commercial enabling function. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, build your expertise and leadership skills while making a real impact on iconic J&J brands:
Key Responsibilities***
- Shaping customer recommendations inclusive of new product innovations, merchandising initiatives, and providing assessment of risks/opportunities
- Identifying, quantifying, tracking and communicating business results against key priorities in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Delivering on customer account team business target of assigned J&J brands, supported by shopper, category and product/brand insights and analytics
- Collaborating with customer teams, sales strategy, and brand marketing to lead and craft growth driving opportunities

**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a university degree is required; preferably in business. MBA an asset.
- Authorized to work in Canada without the need of sponsorship now or in the future.

Desired Qualifications
- 3 months of previous CPG internship experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others.
- Strategy and data are the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required.
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel Skills is highly preferred
- Budget management and forecasting experience.
