- Your Role: _
As Sales and Marketing Associate you will be Managing the Client Relationship Management system alongside the Customer Success Manager, support business development initiatives and focus on our branding in the marketplace. Sales will also be a large focus of this role, performing estimates in person and over the phone. A naturally creative person - our associate will work closely with the President on various projects as well as presenting creative and new initiatives to improve our visibility to new and legacy clients.
This position is a new role at Colour Scheme and requires process development, branding experience, online engagement overall creativity to elevate marketing functions to generate new business.

- Responsibilities: _
Attracting, seeking, prospecting, qualifying, soliciting, and booking new business through sales and marketing initiatives. (Setting and Closing Sales)
Present new marketing ideas to the President for ongoing revenue streams.
Reviews sales forecasts and projected goals, provides input where necessary.
Stay up to date on painting trends, products, and other marketable ideas for increased presence in the market.
Creates marketing forecasts to present to for review.
Supports the President in sales forecasting, reporting, analytics, and customer feedback.
Fundamental role in implementation of CRM and ongoing CRM management alongside the Customer Success Manager.
Manage campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics.
Support and learn negotiation tactics for sales.
Develop branding and various marketing strategies to increase our online presence through social channels and website design.
Create Content for social media channels with the collaboration of the President.
Create newsletters to send out to customers for communication updates.
Manage company website, google, and Meta reviews/comments.
Manage customer inbox.
Other duties as required.

The Sales and Marketing Associate will be required to attend the following meetings:
Weekly Planning Meeting
Weekly Schedule Meeting
Daily Scrum
Weekly one on ones with the president.
Monthly Sales and Marketing meetings.
- Qualifications: _
Proven Track record of developing online marketing systems and sales execution.
Knowledge in the painting and decorating industry a strong asset.
A highly motivate, organized, disciplined person.
A great team player.Someone willing to go the extra mile.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or Business Administration or equivalent experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales preferably within the Painting and Decorating Market.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Must be organized and entrepreneurial.
Proficient in Microsoft, Google Docs, Hubspot, and all social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
Proficient in social media and browser ads (Facebook, Google).
Attention to detail and quick learner.Creativity focused and up to date on various online painting and decorating trends.
Able to build process from conception to implementation.
A current personal social media presence.Experience in content creation required.
- Requirements:_
Full driver’s License and clean driving record A personal reliable vehicle that can be used within business hours (7:30am-7:30pm)
A permanent space within the applicant’s home that can be used for uninterrupted work within the hours of 7:30am-4pm.T
his space will require the applicant to have a permanent set up of a Colour Scheme computer, equipment, and desk phone.
A reliable internet connection within the applicant’s home and a CAT 5 ethernet connection.
A cell phone no more than 1 generation old.
English LanguageReside in Winnipeg, or the ability to relocate to Winnipeg at the applicant’s cost.

Paid time off
$50,000.00 per year base salary$10,000.00 in potential commissions based on completed milestones.Additional bonus structure for completed milestones.

Paid Mileage for onsite estimates.
Continual education as needed.
Unlimited ability to advance as company grows.
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
