Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and experienced administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative duties in support to our small team. This is a very important position as you are the frontline and first point of contact with out customers and suppliers. Understanding our business and what we do is critical to providing high quality customer service.
Canadian Sewage Solutions Inc. is a leading Victoria based company that designs, installs, maintains, and inspects onsite septic systems. **Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone, route messages
- Setting up customer files; digital and hard copies
- Assisting bookkeeper as needed
- Track and schedule vehicle maintenance and insurance
- Order office supplies and maintain a database of parts and material costs
- Assist with staff recruitment, Orientation Procedures, Health and Safety Plans and other business process manuals.
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Must be located in the Victoria area.
- High school diploma.
- Working Knowledge in office administration and/or bookkeeping preferred.
- Valid Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
**Experience**:
- 1 - 2 years experience in office administration and data entry.
- G-Suite experience an asset.
**Skills**:
- Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Professionalism and ability to manage highly confidential information.
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
