**Job Summary**:
Manages all aspects of the Quality/Training and Responsible Care Programs at the Saskatoon site. Ensures adherence to the corporate Quality Management System and quality standards - ISO 9001:2015. Leads the plant training program and ensures compliance; ensures that administration and contractor training is monitored and completed. Ensures that data analysis and reporting in relation to Responsible Care is managed in order to support company wide communications, leadership teams and decision making.

**Responsibilities**:
- Administer Quality System and internal/external quality audits. Liaison with 3rd Party Quality Auditors to ensure certification requirements are met.
- Maintains and administers the sites Quality Manual and acts as Quality Management Representative to ensure the Quality Management System is compliant to ISO 9001.
- Monitors and reports on site quality system goals, audits, issues tracking database and supply chain opportunity reports.
- Facilitates annual site strategic goal setting session and documentation.
- Ensure up-to-date standard operating procedures are in place for areas of responsibility.
- Oversee site training and new employee orientation programs. Coordinate training blocks, site training, new employee orientations, training records and reports.
- Ensure Legal, Corporate and Site training compliance.
- Provide monthly and quarterly training status metrics and reports for the site.
- Oversee Responsible Care Codes for Accountability Code 1. Ensure processes and actions support Code requirements to meet Company and verification requirements.
- Develop and monitor yearly community outreach plan, responsible care KPI’s, and activities.
- Work with Community Advisory Panel and facilitator to manage company outreach activities.
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies and guidelines
- Stay current in functional expertise

**Minimum Requirements**: Qualifications/Skills/Attributes
- Degree, college diploma, or professional certification related to operations management, quality management, related discipline or five year specific industry experience.
- 3- 5 years relevant industry experience
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015, preferred
- Six Sigma or Lean knowledge or certification is an asset
- Strong analytical and advanced problem solving skills
- Ability to identify root-causes and participate in and lead process to resolve issues
- Ability to identify and think strategically with systems and process understanding
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to interface and collaborate with a wide diversity of people and build teams across functions.
- Extensive computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
**Salary Range**: 75-85k
