Role: Safety and Quality Specialist
Location: Saskatoon
**Work Schedule: Dayshift Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm**:

**Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking an energetic & professional individual to add to our Safety and Quality Team as Safety and Quality Specialist.**
As a Safety and Quality Specialist, you will be able to:
- Conduct Internal Quality System Audits at determined intervals, root-cause investigations and issue reports
- Create Visual Training Aids based on RMI’s (Reliable Method Instructions) for Production areas.
- Document and maintain all RMI’s (Reliable Method Instructions).
- Adhere to applicable safety & quality standards (I.E ISO, SEA, CSA) for documentation, creating new documents as required in a timely manner.
- Assist with the maintenance of proper documentation and reports for all safety & quality related functions
- Coordinate the Maintenance Schedule in conjunction with Maintenance Team
- Document non-conformances and assist in the development of corrective actions.
- Participate in Worksite Safety Inspections and New Hire Orientation Program
- Develop training materials, guidelines, and assess training competencies. Adhere to all safety & quality standards and requirements for audits.
- Manage the Mission Zero Annual Survey including Actions to improve results
- Establish Key Process Indicators for Safety Management System
- Crane, Forklift, PME, Fall-Protection & Respirator Training Programs.
- Responsible for reviewing and communicating new Legislation and new International Standards specific to health and safety.
- Conduct Worksite Safety Inspections and categorize issues by Hazard Classification for corrections, Near Misses & Incident & Accident Investigations to prevent recurrence.
- Responsible for Coordinating Sub-Contractor & Supplier Safety Orientation

- Reports and corrects potential Safety issues and alert all key personnel as necessary to prevent recurrence and to maintain all employees safe and healthy.
Technical Skills:
- 3-5 years’ experience in an Industrial/Manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience working in an ISO-9001 environment
- University / College degree and / or technical diploma an asset
- Superior computer skills; experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access
- Knowledge of safety & quality processes
- Knowledge of quality system concepts (ISO, QVM and BNQ) an asset
- Knowledge of safety systems (OH&C Level 1 & 2) an asset
- Experience in building and/or participating in a safety / quality program an asset
- Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor’s certificate an asset
- Experience in Risk Management an asset
- Six Sigma Green and/or Black Belt an asset
- Experience in systems and product auditing an asset
- Experience in project management an asset
