**Your role in a nutshell**:
Partner with the retail operations to attract, recruit, retain, develop, motivate and engage employees.

**More about the role**:
Partnering with field leads to ensure all retail employees are inducted and understand the brand mission and values, with a lens on talent and future growth opportunities.

Drive continuous performance improvement; partnering with team leaders on talent calibrations; performance management; performance improvement plans and provides guidance on development plans in order to foster successful outcomes.

Provide guidance and support to field leads and store teams regarding HR employment legislation, company policy and procedure, compliance, and benefits.

Partner with field leads and retail store teams on employee engagement efforts, enabling employee feedback through a variety of sources, including employee surveys, focus groups, and one on one meetings
