**OILFIELD RENTAL AND ELECTRICAL COMPANY**, based out of Leduc, requires a Field/Service Technician. Are you tired of a being a number in a large company? All our employees work together as a team to get the job done. There is a lot of variety to this position. Every employee has input into the day to day operations and planning. Applicant must have mechanical aptitude and be physically strong to assist with equipment moves. Strong organizational skills and ability to problem solve and fix issues on the fly is a necessity.
- assist with cleaning and maintenance of all rental equipment.
- troubleshoot problems in the field on equipment.
- drive to various rig locations in Alberta to work on equipment.
- set up and tear down rental tanks, generators, heaters, etc.
- be willing and able to spend several nights out of town as required - at employers expense.
- effectively maintain written service reports and safety records.

Experience: Mechanical aptitude and a hard work ethic is very important. Previous equipment maintenance/troubleshooting experience a definite asset

Requirements: Clean driver’s record proven with copy of recent Drivers Abstract provided prior to hiring; and clean drug test prior to hiring - test will be provided by employer.

Tickets: H2S, First Aid, Confined Spaces, CSO, and WHIMIS certifications will be required within the first two weeks of employment.

**Salary**: Based on experience within range. Lots of overtime available.

**Salary**: $28.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
