**What you'll be doing**:
Ensure that Central 1’s datacenters, storage, servers, telecommunication equipment and associated systems run smoothly, perform within agreed targets, and provide a secure platform for the company's business operation.

Provide strategic direction and oversight for the full life cycle of IT Infrastructure systems, working in close partnership with peers, and identifies where common approaches, solutions, and shared platforms provided by Infrastructure could drive efficiency.

Work with the IT senior leadership team on the service portfolio and governance required to prioritize resources, including budget.

Develop and control the annual Infrastructure budget to ensure that it's consistent with the overall strategic objectives of IT and the enterprise and is within plan. Support a culture of continuous cost optimization.

Drive the adoption of (and commitment towards) service improvements through a programmatic approach to continuous improvement which also measures impact and shares results.

Collaborate with peer IT Leaders to ensure knowledge and insight can be freely shared.

Maintain industry contacts to develop and maintain “best practice” approach.

**What you'll have**:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, related field, or equivalent work experience. Ten or more years of experience in IT or business/industry. Three or more years of leadership responsibilities, including strategy, budgeting, and staffing.

Strong experience with IaaS Cloud (Azure and AWS), Cisco, VMWare and F5 technologies, including LAN, WAN, DNS, Telephony, Application Delivery Controllers, Storage and Data Protection, Server Virtualization. Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems is also a requirement.

Excellent understanding of IT Service Management best practices such as ITIL, and Information Security standards such as ISO 27001:2013.

Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate an Infrastructure vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns with the IT Infrastructure and business strategy.

Experience in developing staff including coaching, mentoring and performance management.

Deep understanding of current and emerging I&O technologies and practices, and how other enterprises are employing them.

Ability to manage diverse and complex issues, at times requiring the need to balance priorities and resources between sections. Highly developed analytical, problem solving, planning, organizational and change management skills.

Ability to set clear direction and expectations, keep staff focused on objectives, build excellent relationships, take ownership of performance and results, and foster a sense of urgency and dedication to meeting goals.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with staff and clients, manage issues and adapt easily to changing priorities and business needs.

**Salary**: $104,600.00-$140,000.00 per year
